THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL FIND THE TIMELINE OF ACTIVITY ON YOUR REBUILD PROJECT
4/27/21 - Meeting between Accurate Reconstruction and homeowners.
5/7/21 - Contract executed and permit application package submitted to town construction office.
Week of 6/7/21 - We are still waiting for permits.
Week of 7/5/21 - Late last week our permit applications were approved. We will begin framing next week.
Week of 8/30/21 - We have completed framing and roofing, and have begun installing interior rough mechanical systems.
Week of 9/27/21 - All rough mechanicals have been completed. We will now call to schedule rough inspections.
Week of 10/18/21 - We are finishing our rough inspections this week. We anticipate installing insulation next week.
Week of 11/1/21 - Insulation has been installed. Once the insulation passes inspection we will begin hanging drywall.
11/30/21 - Installation of Cabinets will begin on Monday.
Week of 1/24/22 - We have finally received the windows, which were ordered 4 months ago. This week we plan on installing the windows and beginning getting the brick installation going. Once the brick is completed, we will finish all exterior work.
